AM/PM Drop-off Classes Lunch Bunch
4-6 years Miss Lynn, certified Pre-K teacher is opening up her classroom again this year for some lunch and learning on Wednesday afternoons. If you are already in Pre-K, stay with us until 2:45, if not pack a sack lunch and head over to the Community Center to join the fun. Each month a different enrichment theme will be covered. Kindergarten readiness skills will be addressed during every class, while we delve further into unique topics than time allows in the regular class. Socialization, creativity and education all rolled into one in this great program! No class 11/21. Pre-School Drawing
3½-5 years Encourage your preschooler’s enthusiasm for drawing. Young Rembrandts introduces drawing lessons that will excite your budding artist. Learning to draw basic shapes is an essential building block for every artist. Our lady bug and gumball machine provide excellent practice for drawing circle shapes. From there, our lessons will become more challenging. The clown puppet and Frankenstein monster are great introductions to character drawings. Other drawings like the delicious candy bag and beautiful fall scene will strengthen your child’s compositional skills. Enroll your child into a Young Rembrandts class today. THEY WILL LOVE IT! Snacks ‘n Stories
3½-6 years Do you love reading and cooking? Well, we have the perfect class for you. Each week we will choose a classic book and make a delicious treat to go with it. While our fabulous food is baking, we will have time for a themed art project to top off our afternoon. Treats will include: muffins, pancakes, soup, and so much more. “Fun”damentals
3½-6 years This class is all about encouraging your child’s love of learning. Each week we will cover different educational themes including: shapes, numbers, colors, ABC’s, opposites and more! We will teach and reinforce these concepts through a variety of activities, materials and movement. Completed projects will be sent home for your child to share all that they have learned. Mom’s Time Out
2½-4 years Mom, need a break to do some shopping or run errands? This program will offer you a chance to get your little one active and socializing while you get some things done. We start each class with fun free play then move into circle time with stories and music. Every class will offer a craft time, too. We will provide snack and juice each week.
