SCHOOL BENEFACTOR HENRY W. BLOCH Henry W. Bloch, co-founder of tax empire H&R Block, endowed the Bloch School in 1986. Much like Henry himself, the Bloch School has a strategic focus on twin pillars of excellence: entrepreneurship and innovation in the for-profit sector and social entrepreneurship and innovation in the public and nonprofit sector.
