We are extremely proud of our local school system, which includes two colleges – Hill College and Texas Wesleyan University – three High Schools, two middle schools, 10 elementary schools, as well as several private schools throughout the neighborhoods of our city. Situated on the I-35 and SH 174 corridor, Burleson offers the ideal location. In 2014, the Chisholm Trail Parkway, a North Texas Toll Authority freeway, will open. Chisholm Trail will connect Burleson with southwest Fort Worth and Cleburne, improving our regional transportation infrastructure and creating numerous business and industrial opportunities for our region.
