You will receive a confirmation letter within three business days of receipt. Onsite registration is also available. Meeting badges will be available for pick-up on site. HOTEL RESERVATIONS The SVS Housing Bureau assists all SVS meeting attendees with hotel accommodations. Reservations are not accepted by the hotels directly. Make your reservation online at VascularAnnualMeeting.org You may also call 866-268-0197 (U.S.) or 972-349-5435 (international) to make a reservation. The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the conference rates is May 7. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. A first night’s deposit is required. Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to arrival. MEETING REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted for all written requests postmarked by May 15. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations may be sent via fax to 312-334-2320 or via email to vascular@vascularsociety.org SVS reserves the right to cancel any program and cannot assume responsibility for personal expenses. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ACCOMMODATIONS Registrants who need specialized accommodations to participate in the Vascular Annual Meeting (i.e., a hearing impaired device, assistance obtaining a motorized scooter rental) may include that information with their registration.
