The name of this boutique wellness studio shows what clients have to gain – Strength of Mind and Body. With offerings in Pilates, fitness, yoga and wellness, owner Teresa McIlroy provides a place of quiet retreat where clients can come to de-stress from daily life and focus on taking care of themselves, both mind and body. “My passion in life has been to help people live fully,” explains Teresa, a licensed phys-

Personal training, partner appointments, wellness coaching and nutrition coaching are also available. Class size, limited to five for pilates and ten for yoga, allows the instructor to pay attention
to each individual’s posture, alignment and breathing, without the distraction of loud music and television screens. A new piece of equipment, the Core Align, is designed for over 200 exercises for individual tailoring.
