The 2007 Chardonnay features pear, peach and apricot overtones and is perfect for pairing with seafood. For hearty Mexican dishes, try the 2005 Merlot. And for a fine rib eye cut, there is a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. A creative team from Daiquiri Dick’s, which included executive chef Ignacio Uribe and manager Hnoi Latthitham, had the opportunity to visit the vineyards last summer, forging a savory partnership that resulted in these private label wines, which will fundamentally enhance the dining experience at this favorite beachfront restaurant.
