Our students and alumni work at Amazon, Allstate, AT&T Mobility, Boeing, Philips Medical, Microsoft, Paccar, Starbucks, Sonosite, T-Mobile and other leading organizations. About 60% of our students have undergraduate degrees in engineering and the sciences; the rest have degrees in social sciences, humanities and business.

Leadership MBA students believe that it is not enough to simply apply business theory – developing leadership skills is vital to success. These students accept the power of authentic motivation. Students come from various business functions including accounting, human resources, finance, manufacturing, marketing, operations, and software development, and from a diverse set of industries.

Technology MBA students passionately believe in the power of technology and innovation to re-imagine global markets. Students come from primarily technology-centered industries such as aerospace, biotechnology, medical devices, software and telecommunications.

Classes are offered at the Eastside Leadership Center in Bellevue (www.uwb.edu/mba/elc).

Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-9:50 p.m. with occasional weekend classes. First year retreat requires a Friday - Saturday - Sunday offsite course.
