PUTTING GREEN
The facility features a 12,000 sqaure foot putting green, which was designed with a lot of slope on one side of the green, while being relatively flat on the other SQUARE FT. side.

HOLES NO. 1 & 3
Hole No. 1 is a 337-yd par 4. The first green doubles as a pitching green off the No. 2 tee. Hole No. 3 is the longest at 403 yds. The tee shot PAR is narrow with a bunker on the right.

Hole No. 2. is the shortest hole at the facility-- a 117-yard Par 3 with a severely sloped green from back to front. Shots with too much spin will roll right off the green. YARDS

Phase II of the project will feature the Blackburn-Furrow Clubhouse. Intended features include space for heated hitting bays for yeare-round PHASE use, locker rooms and a lounge area.
