[4] El Taller de Investigaciones Urbanas y Regionales (T.I.U.R.) fue un colectivo de arquitectos que desarrollaron una importante actividad académica en la segunda mitad de la década del 80 en Uruguay y cuyo soporte conceptual es recogido en el libro citado, editado en Montevideo en 1986.
