Revolutionising optical communications Dr Anna Peacock joined the University of Southampton’s Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC) in 2001 to undertake her PhD. After completing her doctoral degree, Anna was employed as a researcher for Stratophase Ltd, an ORC spin-out company. She is now a senior research fellow at the ORC.
