Under the direction of Robert Weiss, Raleigh’s own Carolina Ballet has established itself as one of America’s distinguished arts organizations, performing world premieres and touring internationally in China and Hungary. With spectacular sets, elaborate special effects and more than 100 dancers accompanied by a live orchestra, Carolina Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker has been wildly popular with audiences across North Carolina and beyond.
