Choose your room. In the spring, anyone with a submitted application can log in and choose a room in a hall or co-op. For the residence halls, you can select your specific room via an interactive floor plan. If you have already chosen a roommate, he or she will automatically be invited to select your room. By choosing OSU, you’ll be one of the first in your class to know your housing assignment.
Group Housing Selection Is there a group of people you’d like to live near? The group selection process allows you to create clusters of friends and acquaintances within hall communities by forming and joining groups within your chosen building. To create a group, you’ll need a name, description and building preference. Find more information on our website.
Priority Housing Selection If you select your room during the housing application process, that space will be reserved for you upon selection. For students who do not select a room, assignments will be made before July 1 when possible for applications received by June 1.
