Cal Aggie Athletics Hall of Fame The UC Davis Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1980 to provide special recognition for outstanding accomplishment in intercollegiate athletics. To be considered for the Hall of Fame, a participant must have competed with unusual distinction in an intercollegiate sport for at least two seasons, achieved recognition at the conference, regional or preferably national levels, and achieved this accomplishment in a manner the exemplifies the UC Davis concept of a student-athlete. Furthermore, a five-year period must elapse from the most recent participation in athletics before a student-athlete becomes eligible for induction. Through 2006-07 there are 35 men’s and women’s basketball players and coaches enshrined in the UC Davis Athletic Hall of Fame.
