The Shoop Coaching Tree Not only does Brian Shoop graduate players and coach winning teams, but he has also developed several head and assistant coaches in the collegiate and high school ranks today. From his days at BirminghamSouthern to his current tenure at UAB, Shoop has helped to mold and guide successful coaches along their way. A number of coaches have used knowledge gained from Shoop to propel them up through the collegiate coaching ranks. On this page are some of many former Shoop assistants and players since 1990 that are coaching at the NCAA Division I, professional and high school levels today.
