Three days to experience the whole harvest procedure: the harvest of the grapes, a technical visit to the cellars of Donatella Cinelli Colombini in Chianti and at the Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino, guided tasting of six vintages of the “Brunello dal mosto”, the wine in barrel and the great reserve wines. The wine lovers will stay at the sixteenth century Fattoria del Colle where they will learn how to make Tuscan bread and how to pull the “pinci”, a typical home made pasta from Siena. The happening will be well documented by a “Photo Safari” in the cellars and the vineyard. Moreover, theme dinners are organized every evening and in the end a certificate of participation will be given to the participants and the most beautiful photos will be published on the website.
