Watts Constructors History/Background: A local firm backed by nationwide resources, Watts Constructors was originally formed in California in 1993 as a woman-owned small business. In June 2007, Watts’ corporate office relocated to Honolulu to better serve its alreadyestablished markets in Hawaii and Guam.
