Reggae Sumfest has undeniably established itself as Jamaica’s premiere music event, showcasing some of the industry’s finest in reggae, dancehall, hip hop and R&B. Joining us for the first time? Do’s and Don’ts for Sumfest! Don’t be late…book your date! Montego Bay boasts some of the most luxurious hotels in the Caribbean. Make sure your stay is a pleasant one, so check out our hotel partners for special room rates, and services. Do come out early! Don’t miss the must-see performances scheduled early on each night. Beat the crowd and witness your favourite artistes up close and personal. Do leave all unnecessary baggage at home. Bring only the essentials to ensure that your night is hassle-free and worry-free! Do dress comfortably! The festival typically ends at 6am; keep this in mind when getting dressed and avoid the distraction of painful feet and legs. Do bring a bredrin! The more the merrier! Relish in the moment with family and friends, but it may be best to keep those toddlers at home in bed. Do indulge in our various food stations.
