THE ARTS!
As we begin our second season of performing arts at Three Stages, so much of the news is good. Performances have been well received, ticket sales are strong, childen are coming by bus to experience the magic of the arts during the day, and our community partners and the college’s educational programs are thriving in their new home. In general, Three Stages has nestled comfortably into the daily life of the region. Thank you for your generous and enthusiastic support. But while attendance of Three Stages has been excellent, ticket sales are but one side of the coin. As is common in the arts, relying on sales alone will not allow Three Stages to reach its full potential, to be all that it can be for this community. Support to open the center was generous, coming from state and local bond measures, and many donations from both individuals and businesses — but it must continue, and grow, for Three Stages to evolve and thrive. To support the dream of a vibrant regional arts center for this community, please consider deepening your involvement with Three Stages through an annual donation or the naming of a seat (for you, or honoring someone you love).
