THE SPRING MEMBERSHIP
Tickets can be purchased by telephone using a credit/debit card or in person at the Box Office with cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
• Members receive 15% off the price of most shows and workshops • FREE postage of tickets purchased by phone • No £1 transaction charge for credit/debit card purchases made by phone or at the counter • 10% off art works, crafts and shop purchases on presentation of membership card • 10% off daytime food from the café on presentation of membership card • Opportunity to support a thriving arts venue & museum • Bring a friend for FREE, once per year, to any film or other selected event (denoted by the members ‘M’ symbol). Not available online. This must be booked at the Box Office in person or by phone.

TRANSACTION CHARGES AND POSTAGE The Spring is a charity and a non-profit-making organisation. We make a £1 transaction charge for the use of credit and debit cards for ticket purchases online, over the telephone and at the Box Office. This charge helps to offset the cost incurred for providing this payment facility. There is a charge of 50p for posting tickets if requested.
RESERVATIONS Reservations can only be made for bookings of 10 or more seats and must be confirmed and paid for no later than 10 days prior to the show.
£17.50 for single membership per year entitles you to one ticket to each show at the member’s price. £29 for joint membership entitles you to 2 tickets for each show at the member’s price.
DISCOUNTS / CONCESSIONS
ROOM AND VENUE HIRE
We offer 10% discount on ticket prices for under 18’s,students, senior citizens, people in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support or Disability Living Allowance. Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and discounts may not be applied to tickets already purchased. The Spring reserves the right to make special offers from time to time. Group Bookings can be made for most shows: buy 10 tickets and you will get the 11th ticket FREE. Please note that not all discounts are available online.

When processing your bookings the Box Office will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be added to our Marketing Lists and may be used to inform you about events and other developments at our venue. INFORMATION
We welcome individuals with special needs and disabilities. We have 5 disabled parking bays at the front of the building. There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available in the theatre. Carer goes FREE when accompanying a person with a disability to a show/ screening. An Induction Loop is installed in the theatre to assist those with a hearing impairment. Guide dogs are welcome. There is an adapted toilet with baby changing facilities available.
