Articles are on Customer Service Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Ressource Management, Business Development, Legal Matters, Travel Reviews.Its in English, French and Kinyarwanda The ServiceMag is made by and for the entire business community in Rwanda. Contributors are drawns from all sorts of background and nationalities. There are approximately 10 different nationalities working on each issue. 5000 copies are distributed in Kigali in all districts of Rwanda Our Motto is "Knowledge Is Power".
