The mobile generation n Proposed Clarksburg development not expected to damage Little Seneca Lake BY VIRGINIA TERHUNE STAFF WRITER A county environmental official said Monday that there is no need to do a study of Little Seneca Lake reservoir before the Council County votes on the limits of development in the Ten Mile Creek watershed. “Is the water supply the reason that something needs to be held up? The answer, from a technical position, is no,” said David Lake, at a council committee session which included the county’s Planning, Housing, and Economic Development Committee and Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment Committee. Lake is a special assistant with the county’s Department of Environmental Protection.
