JFK Students Share Their Thoughts on Adulthood Students from Miss Kritzar’s 4th grade class at John F. Kennedy School in Raritan recently answered the question, “What is one thing that you think you will definitely be great at when you are an adult? Why?” Their answers appear below.

I’d love being a journalist when I grow up because I love writing, acting and visiting fascinating places. So how cool would it be if I was a traveling journalist on TV! I’d go sightseeing on canals, hiking on gigantic mountains, and just plain walking around in foreign countries.

One thing I think I will definitely be great at when I’m an adult is a lawyer. I know that because I’m all about fairness and justice. I know what’s going on in the world right now with the government and the president. Everybody thinks I should be a lawyer. I think so too because I want to protect my country.

When I grow up one thing that I will be great at is a teacher because I will be nice but if I have to, I will raise my voice. Also, if the kids don’t behave I will give them a warning and if they still don’t listen then I will write their names on a paper. Also we will have free time on Fridays.

I will definitely be a good computer repair person. I am always fixing the computer. I show my grandma how to work Yahoo and how to access an account on Facebook and Gmail. I can’t wait to be part of Land Data Services when I’m older.

One thing that I think I want to be when I grow up is a chemist. I think that because in school I am good at science and social studies. Also my friend inspired me to be a chemist. I hope I get to be a chemist.

I definitely am going to be good at cooking. I know I’m going to be good at cooking because I always ask to help cook dinner and when I eat it, it tastes delicious. Also I love cooking and to help.

One thing I will be good at when I am an adult is that I will be a good inventor. I will be good at fixing things. I am good at this because I help my grandpa and dad in the garage to fix things that are broken.

When I grow up, I’ll be a good comedian. Many people laugh at my jokes. I make my friends and my mom’s friends laugh. I also make my teachers laugh. That is why I will be a good comedian.
