Founder, The Artisan Group BeezKneezDesigns.com Valerie Guerrero spent over a decade as a Senior Operations Manager at several of the top investment banks in the world, and then as a graphic designer for Cisco Systems in the Silicon Valley, California. She founded her popular graphic design business, BeezKneez Designs in early 2008, offering customized invitations, announcements, holiday cards, and other paper goods. Valerie has since expanded her business to include eight additional shoppes, offering niche products such as birth announcements, wedding invitations, and kids party invites. She volunteers with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program in her spare time.

Ashley Berthelot Fancy Designs Fancy-Designs.net Ashley Berthelot is a 23-year-old graphic designer from Angola, Louisiana. She runs Fancy Designs, an online specialty paper goods shop. Ashley’s goal was to combine her craft into a marketable product and thanks to her partnership with Zazzle, those dreams became a reality. After a few short months she was invited to join the ranks of the Zazzle ProSellers, the most succesful sellers in Zazzle’s online market. Since then, her business has been featured on multiple websites and her award-winning products are shipping all over the world.

Jessica Taylor Shaka Soap Shaka-Soap.com Jessica Taylor, mom of two and founder of Shaka Soap, immediately fell in love with the amazing culture and beautiful landscapes of Hawaii. The appreciation for the land and sea is time-honored by the Hawaiian people, and something Jessica desperately wanted to creatively emulate. Thus began Shaka Soap. What began as a soap venture quickly became a passion for Jessica. She especially loves to work with the yarn from the alpaca. Besides the fiber being one of the best in the world, the Peruvian alpaca symbolizes the animal kingdom on the Peruvian flag. She specializes in fine art scarves, shawls, that use alpaca, angora, cashmere, Italian and French acrylic yarns, and natural wool. Andrea decorates her creations with silk, fabric, sequins and beads, making her creations unique. Andrea makes her creations by hand and also uses a knitting machine for creating, sweaters, shrugs, dresses and more. She is working toward becoming a Master Knitter.

Megan White Anna Grace Designs AnnaGraceJewelry.com Megan had no idea that the jewelry and metal craft class she signed up for in 2005 would be anything more than a distraction from the full load of undergraduate courses she was taking that semester. Having immersed herself in Literature and Poetry for the previous several years, she had a clear plan. After a week in the class, she had a torch and a new passion instead. She continued to study and learn traditional and experimental techniques as her girls grew up and flew out of the nest then spread her own wings. Having always loved words, Megan now takes inspiration from her favorites whether poetry, literature, or pop culture to create images with metal full-time.

Designed to give back to the community, Eye on the Sparrow Designs works to help musicians reach their dreams - one step at a time. Eye on the Sparrow Designs has just released their first CD called The Sparrow Project, CHANGE THE WORLD honoring the late Dallas musician Carter Albrecht, and is distributed with every piece of jewelry sold.

Heather Duby-Tharpe has spent her life working in a wide variety of artistic media. Carolyn Moran, the self-taught designer of Care More Creations, lives in Alaska with her husband, where the breathtaking scenery inspires her handcrafted wire wrapped jewelry using natural healing gemstones. With time Carolyn developed her own unique style allowing the personality of each stone influence her designs. Elizabeth Pings started her jewelry business while living as an Expat in Bangkok, Thailand. Her interest in natural gemstones and jewelry lead her to attend the Gemological Institute of America, Thailand Campus, where she received a Graduate Gemologist degree in 2005. Since returning to the United States she has been involved in creating beautiful jewelry designs using Cultured Freshwater Pearls, Akoya Pearls and Colored Gemstones. She prides herself in creating unique custom designs for her clients.

The Artisan Group donates to several worthy charities every year, targeting the aid of children, animals, and the environment. Our mission is to help create awareness and to raise funds for many valuable ongoing programs. Our members generously donate products from their shoppes, and we as a group then donate our exclusive swag bags full of handcrafted products, valued at over $800, to these charities to auction off during their fundraising efforts. We’re pleased to announce our gift bags were auctioned off for thousands of dollars to help these worthy charities. Our team has participated in annual fundraising events hosted by Let’s Move Together (Arthritis Foundation), The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Columbia Basin, National MS Society, and Summit Animal Rescue Association.
