İplik bağlayıcılarında Mesdan ürünlerini aktarma ve büküm makineleri alan müşteriler ana makine alımından sonra bağlayıcılarını bizden tedarik ediyorlar. Tabii yatırımların durumuna göre bu makinelere yapılan yatırımlar dönem dönem patlama yapıyorlar, satışlar da o zaman artıyor. Bu ürünün servis ve yedek parça hizmetlerini de veriyoruz. Mesdan’ın 2005’te mümessilliğini aldığımızdan beri yedek parça ile ilgili çalışmalar yaptık ve çok güzel bir veri tabanı oluşturduk. Neredeyse müşteri bazında Türkiye’de kullanılan splicer’ları takip ediyor ve yedek parçalarını müşteriler adına biz stoklarımızda bulunduruyor, aynı zamanda servisini de Istanbul ve Adana servis merkezlerimizden veriyoruz.

We follow splicers used in Turkey almost on customer basis, keep the spare parts available in our stocks on behalf of customers, and provide service from Istanbul and Adana service centers at the same time.

Jacobi’nin ürettiği iplik makinelerinin üzerine kurulan raylı gezer temizleyicilerin montajı kurulan tesisin büyüklüğüne göre aylarca sürebiliyor. Bunlar için Almanya’dan teknik personel getirtmek ve aylarca burada servis vermesini, kurulum yapmasını beklemek yüksek maliyetli oluyordu. Bu işi kendi ekibimizle yapıyor olmamız maliyetleri azaltıyor. Bir haftada beş servis talebi varsa biz onun hepsini bir arada aynı hafta içinde halledebiliyoruz. Halbuki birçok mümessil firma gibi yurt dışından teknik servis istesek, onlar için uygun olan zamanı beklemeniz ondan sonra gelecek kişiyle ilgili uçak, vs işlerini ayarlamanız gerekiyor. When we set up our machines by ourselves, we know what parts are necessary more easily. For example, Sales of Jacobi mobile cleaners has increased recently very much. Assembly of railed mobile cleaners installed on spinning machines manufactured by Jacobi can take months depending on the size of facility. It used to be very costly to have a technical staff from Germany come for them, and to wait for them to install it. We perform this task on our own, and this reduces the costs. If there are five service requests within a week, we can handle all of them within the same week. On the other hand, if we requested technical service abroad like many agent company do, we would have to wait for the right time for them and then organize procedures such as flight etc. for the incoming person. These increases costs as well as causes a big time loss for customer, as time is very valuable in this business. We both prevent this time loss and reduce
