SOPHOMORE SEASON (2012) Provided a solid 1-2 punch in the rotation with freshman Cara Custer ... improved from her freshman year with better pitching numbers across the board ... finished 12-5 in the circle with a team-leading 2.21 earned-run average ... brought her ERA down nearly a point from her freshman year ... tossed a careerhigh 130.0 innings, moving her into the career top 10 in the process ... made 30 total appearances with 19 being starts ... her 11 outings out of the bullpen marked the most on the team ... would often come in for the lefty-lefty matchup ... moved into the top 10 all-time in school history for both games played and appearances ... finished with a .706 winning percentage, the fourth-highest in Tech single-season record book for pitchers with at least 10 decisions ... threw six complete games with two being shutouts ... entered the top 10 in career history for both categories as well ... was near a 3-to-1 ratio in strikeouts to walks ... fanned 66 total batters while walking only 23 ... opposing hitters hit .251 against the left-hander ... started off the year with a gem against Tennessee in the Kajikawa Classic ... held the Lady Vols to just one run off six hits in the complete game effort ... earned her first win of the season the following weekend with a three-hit complete game against DePaul ... followed that performance with a complete game shutout of Texas State on Feb. 24 in the Texas Shootout opener ... picked up wins in consecutive days against Binghamton and UT Arlington March 2-3 ... wrapped non-conference with a win in her final three starts against New Mexico, Stony

AT NCAA WASHINGTON REGIONAL ... appeared in both the Maryland and Harvard games ... tossed six innings of relief against Maryland to pull out the opening victory ... gave up just four hits against the predominately left-handed Terrapins ... earned the start in the elimination game against Harvard ... pitched 3.2 innings before being pulled after giving up two runs off just three hits ... team ... recorded five shutouts and nine complete games ... pitched 119.1 innings, the most on the team ... held opponents to a .258 batting average ... limited nationally-ranked California to four runs, none of them earned, to pick up her first career win ... picked up the save later that night against Indiana ... went on to pick up the win in her next seven outings ... tossed a five-inning no-hitter against Dayton on March 4 ... was only the third player in school history to record a no-hitter ... gave up only a run two days later against Howard ... has come in relief six different times this year ... went the full seven innings four different times this year ...
