HIGH SCHOOL

Donielle Breaux saw significant minutes during the 2012-13 season and should see her minutes increase in the program’s second year in the Big 12 Conference. An athletic guard who can dribble drive, Breaux is one of the most athletic players in the league and poses match-up problems with her ability to take smaller guards off the dribble and defend.

A 2011 graduate of Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas ... Tabbed the 35th-best

2012-13 Season Recorded career-high 14 points against Georgia ... Was one of the key contributors to TCU’s win over No. 22 Oklahoma State, scoring 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting, while going 4-of-5 from the charity stripe ... Was entered into the starting lineup and immediately made her presence felt, scoring in double-figures twice, including 10 against Corpus Christi ... Made her TCU debut against Sam Houston State, scoring nine points and three rebounds in 16 minutes against the Bearkats ... She also posted four steals at Kansas State ... Sat out the first seven games due to NCAA transfer rules ... Posted three games of double-figures in her first full season of Division 1 basketball.
