A gift to Trinity College is deductible in computing Federal income taxes up to the IS per cent permitted by law. A donor may use for deduction the current market price of securities transferred as a gift provided the deduction does not exceed the IS per cent allowed by law. Transfers of capital to Trinity College are not subject to Federal Gift Tax. Bequests made to Trinity College are not subject to Federal Estate Tax. Gifts by corporations are allowable deductions in computing net income subject to Federal taxes up to the s per cent permitted by law.
