How do you Balance? Students and faculty discuss how they maintain balance and oder in their lives
According to The Association for University and College Counseling Center Directors Annual Survey, 41.6% of college students reported having anxiety. Below, students and faculty of Western Kentucky University will discuss how they attempt or succeedl at maintaining balance in their own lives.

Kendra Hutslar, Freshman Political Science and Chinese Major: I attempt to complete all assignments as soon as they are assigned. Balancing a rigorous school schedule with a chronic illness (Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis) is something that I work very hard to do.
Arielle McKinney, Junior Elementary Education Major: "I do all my work as soon as I get it so that I don't have any work to worry about if I have plans. If not, I usuall wait until the last minute to get things done."
