The region's first ever Mind & Body (ME) Show is here! There'll be holistic activities, free events, talks and Wellness Retreats as well as information on lessons or courses on offer locally including Tai Chi, Meditation, Yoga, Pilates Self-Empowerment, Life Coaching and much more. This is where you can book a holistic spa treatment and massage, or try a Reiki or Pranic healing session. Merchandise such as crystals, jewellery, angel cards, lamps, music, artwork, natural cosmetics and skincare will be available for purchase.
