The Market President will report to the Director of Retail Banking. This position’s primary responsibilities will be to challenge and motivate staff, maintain an effective sales culture, develop and originate commercial loans, follow the bank’s strategic objectives, represent Home Federal in the community through civic involvement, and implement promotional activities and programs.
