This program shows high school students what it takes to start and operate a business, be their own bosses, and have fun while doing so. It includes hands-on learning with cash prizes and interaction with St. Louis entrepreneurs. Participants choose an entrepreneurship track to follow: general, tech, family or female. The academy is staffed by students and faculty members of Saint Louis University’s entrepreneurship program, which was ranked 14th in the nation by U.S. News & World Report in 2013.
