2013 Youth Poetry Contest I Am Poem I am brave and smart. I wonder if a clown can juggle a chainsaw. I hear Mason every day. I see black ghosts every day. I want a million dollars for the poor people. I am brave and smart. I pretend to be an army man. I feel a soft pillow under my head. I touch my fuzzy hair. I worry about not passing the OAA. I cry when I get in trouble. I am brave and smart. I understand people get upset. I say that God loves people. I dream that ‘m a ninja. I try to help people. I hope that I get bigger. I am brave and smart. Caleb Hinzman Grade 3, McGregor Elementary I AM POEM I am talkative and ornery. I wonder how the world was started. I hear screaming and yelling. I see Mike Mzowzki: he’s looking at me. I want a car. I am talkative and ornery. I pretend I’m a robot. I feel sad my grandma gone. I touch my controller all day. I worry about my game. I cry my grandma no there. I am talkative and ornery. I understand how my dad is feeling. I say I believe in myself. I dream of being in the NFL. I try to be in the NFL by practicing every day. I hope to be in the NFL when I grow up. I am talkative and ornery. Jaydin Norris Grade 3, McGregor Elementary
