Low-Impact Aerobics and Zumba

Our easy-to-follow classes include a warm-up combining upperbody strengthening and stretching, and a cardio workout that incorporates low-impact aerobic and Zumba moves. After a brief cool-down there will be body conditioning and a final stretch. For a single fee you will be entitled to unlimited participation in any of the classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for the entire session. Total Body Conditioning

Combine cardio and resistance training, along with some great stretching. This workout is designed to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular health and flexibility. Start with a moving warm-up follwed by combination high/low-impact aerobics, then move on to core-strengthening exercises, followed by stretching, relaxation, and final cool-down. Hula hooping is for all ages and stages! A hula-hoop is a tool you can use to achieve your fitness goal or to simply have fun.
