The crème de la crème! Jester Macasalabang’s dream is to become a chef working in a hotel or prestigious restaurant. He is undertaking the Professional Cookery Level 2 which is a practical hands-on catering course within a working restaurant environment. Jester says “This course is very challenging; you are given the opportunity to work with a variety of foods from around the world. Next September I want to progress to the Level 3 course”.
