ADDICTION COUNSELOR Busy KC metro area substance abuse treatment center has an immediate opening for an addiction counselor. This position provides direct service to our patients. Counselors are responsible for gathering data, treatment planning, and documentation. Prospective candidate must be a licensed addiction counselor and hold a B.A. / B.S. in social sciences or related field. Candidate must be knowledgeable and demonstrated skills in a variety of counseling modalities and chemical dependency. Hours are 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
