SOONER SPORTS TV Launched in September 2012, Sooner Sports TV powered by FOX Sports provides the most comprehensive broadcast coverage of the Sooners ever offered. Distributed on a variety of existing FOX Sports outlets including FS Oklahoma, FS Southwest and FOX College Sports, Sooner Sports TV programming blocks reach approximately nine million homes in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. Outside of this four-state region, select programming is available nationally either on FOX College Sports (FCS), or on outer market regional sports packages offered by satellite providers. Eight Oklahoma men’s basketball games will air exclusively on Sooner Sports TV in 2012, along with select encores.

“SOONER HOOPS WITH LON KRUGER” Broadcast each week during the season on Sooner Sports TV, “Sooner Hoops with Lon Kruger” provides in-depth coverage of Oklahoma basketball. Hosted by Toby Rowland, the half-hour show features highlights, interviews, feature stories and more with analysis and comments from head coach Lon Kruger.

SOONERVISION Established in 1997, SoonerVision has evolved as a prominent arm of the Oklahoma Athletics Department. OU’s in-house production studio, SoonerVision is home to “Sooner Hoops with Lon

Kruger” and a variety of other original programming and studio shows. All together, the SoonerVision staff produces more than 75 live games and 125 shows each year for Sooner Sports TV. In addition, SoonerVision is responsible for all big screen productions, including live coverage, replays and graphics for fans to enjoy at Lloyd Noble Center, Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, McCasland Field House, Marita Hynes Field and L. Dale Mitchell Park, as well as live webcasts of Sooner games and press conferences. Assistant A.D. for Broadcast Operations Brandon Meier leads a staff consisting of 13 full-time employees, numerous part-time and freelance professionals, and more than 80 students to make SoonerVision operate. SoonerVision has gained a reputation nationally as one of the top production studios in sports, twice earning the Golden Matrix Award for best video board display in the country, and most recently earning the best live game and event production from Sports Video Group.
