Crouse, of Enfield, Conn., received a Master of Arts degree in education with a concentration in higher education administration from the University of Connecticut. Edward N. Emond, of Laconia, N.H., was elected to the board of directors of the Association of School Business Officials International. Emond is the business administrator for the Laconia School System. Robert J. Montminy, of Candia, N.H., is the owner of and certified public accountant for Montminy Financial Services.
