JAY DUNCAN Director of Basketball Operations Northwood, 2010 SMU: 2nd Jay Duncan is in his second season at SMU (2013-14). He is in his first year as the Director of Basketball Operations after a season (2012-13) as the video coordinator. He was named to the SMU staff by Head Coach Larry Brown on June 1, 2012. Duncan had spent the previous two seasons (2010-12) as a graduate assistant coach on Jay Wright's staff at Villanova. During his time at Villanova, he was part of a 21-win season and a trip to the NCAA Tournament. Prior to Villanova, Duncan spent two seasons (2008-10) as a starter and team captain for legendary Coach Rollie Massimino at Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Fla. His teams went 54-13, made consecutive NAIA National Tournaments and won the 2009 Sun Conference title. Duncan was selected the 2009-10 Northwood Student-Athlete of the Year and was a two-time NAIA Champion of Character honoree. He played his first two collegiate seasons at Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Neb., where he was a two-year starter. Duncan was selected AllRegion IX first team and was named an NJCAA Academic All-American, while leading his team to the NJCAA National Tournament. Duncan graduated from Northwood University cum laude in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in business. He also received a master's in education from Villanova in 2012; graduating with distinction while earning a 3.8 GPA.

ERIC SNOW Director of Player Development Michigan State, 1995 SMU: 2nd Eric Snow in in his second season at SMU (2013-14) after being named Director of Player Development by Head Coach Larry Brown in August of 2012. Snow, a 13-year NBA veteran, played six seasons for the Philadelphia 76ers under Brown, including a trip to the 2001 NBA Finals. In his first season (2012-13), SMU finished 15-17. The Mustangs led Conference USA in field goal percentage defense (.395) (29th NCAA), which was the best since 1961-62. SMU also led C-USA in free throw percentage (.745) while ranking second in scoring defense (62.7). The Mustangs’ recruiting class also ranked as high as No. 14 nationally. Snow played for three franchises in his 13 seasons in the NBA (19952008); the Seattle Supersonics (1995-98), Philadelphia 76ers (1998-2004) and Cleveland Cavaliers (2004-08). He averaged 6.8 points, 5.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals for his career and played in the NBA Finals three times (1996, 2001, 2007). He was originally selected by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round (43rd overall) of the 1995 NBA Draft before being traded to Seattle. Following his playing career, Snow worked as an analyst for NBA TV and for the Philadelphia 76ers' television broadcasts. Snow played for Coach Jud Heathcote at Michigan State, advancing to the NCAA Tournament in 1992, 1994 and 1995. In his senior season (1994-95), he was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, All-Big Ten Second Team and Team MVP. The 1994-95 team co-captain helped the Spartans finish second in the Big Ten and earn a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament. He also earned the Michigan State team awards for scholarship and sportsmanship after his senior season. He led MSU in assists and steals each of his final three seasons and finished his career third in assists (599). Snow earned the 2005 J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award presented by the Professional Basketball Writers Association. He was also honored with the NBA Sportsmanship Award for the 1999-2000 season and was selected as the Atlantic Division winner of the 1998-99 NBA Sportsmanship Award. The Canton, Ohio, native, and his wife Carrie have six sons. Snow earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State in 1995. His older brother, Percy Snow, played linebacker at Michigan State and then for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears of the NFL.

Sean Stout is in his second season (2013-14). He is in his first year as the Video Coordinator after serving as an intern in 2012-13. Stout spent the previous two seasons (2010-12) as the Director of Basketball Operations at Coastal Carolina. Prior to Coastal Carolina, Stout was a four-year student-manager (200610) for Coach Roy Williams at North Carolina. In his final season at UNC, he was the head manager, supervising a staff of 15 managers. Stout has also worked as a coach or counselor at several basketball camps, including a four-time counselor at the Roy Williams Basketball Camp (2006-09) and a coach at the Jim Calhoun Basketball Camp (2008). He was also a coach at the 2007 YUBAC Basketball Camp in Kopaonik, Serbia; a counselor at the 2005 Nike All-Asia Basketball Camp in Beijing, China; and a video coordinator at the 2006 Nike Hoop Summit in Memphis. He graduated from North Carolina in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science with a concentration in sport administration. He also earned a minor in history.
