Document Information from the topmost menu, and enter text for the book’s title and author.

6 To generate hyperlinks in your Adobe PDF document, choose
Hyperlinks from the topmost menu, and select any of the following options under Export Links: • Table of Contents Links to add a hypertext link between each entry in the table of contents and the page to which the entry refers. • Index Links to add a hypertext link between each index entry and the page to which the entry refers. • External Links to include the hyperlinks you specified to external URLs or destinations outside of the current publication.
