These guides provide the tools and a community for women to understand technology, organize their own events, submit new guides or just learn about Rails. It’s entirely voluntary. Today we have an amazing community of over 150 volunteers around the world. Local sponsors finance the workshops and no one in the organisation makes money from their courses.
