“launch to literacy” was the theme of last Friday evening’s open house at the Signal Hill library, 1770 E. Hill St. In coordination with National library Week, the City hosted a family-fun and game night at the library featuring a new kid’s area sponsored by the Signal Hill Community Foundation.
