DC The Calcutta DC incorporates a self energising Digital Braking system which features 8 different pre-programmed braking patterns based on lure and casting types. With this technology, each of the braking patterns provides awesome control over the feeding of the line, by applying the ideal amount of braking force at critical intervals. As a result, it is possible to achieve long, accurate casts with consistent backlash control. The increased RPM’s provided by the Digital Control System allow for longer casts. At the same time, the pre-programmed braking patterns allow for easy, instant, external adjustment to cope with any situation.
