Remembering Martin Luther King Jr. Members of First Christian Church and Open Prairie United Church of Christ have come together to plan a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. public program to observe his birthday and honor his legacy as an American civil rights leader. The program begins at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20 at the Prouty Building in Princeton. The gathering will include readings from King’s speeches on various topics. Children are invited to participate by writing a brief paragraph about King or drawing a picture of him in his honor. Pictured is the Rev.
