We're excited about your upcoming journey as a Garrett student and look forward to your arrival on campus. To get you started, we'll be sending weekly "Going to Garrett" emails up to the week of orientation. Be sure to read through these as they each contain important information. Registration Information Registration for Fall 2014 classes opens June 1st. Please refer to the “Welcome to Garrett Evangelical” email that Andrea Leftwich or Tina Shelton in the Registrar’s Office sent you for a step-by-step explanation of how to register online. It is important you register as soon as possible to ensure space availability. You can make changes in your registration, if necessary, when you meet with your advisor during Orientation. Summer Reading for Orientation Each year, the entering class reads a book or a collection of articles in preparation for orientation. This year, we are asking you to read Whistling Vivaldi by Claude M. Steele. The faculty is also reading this book and we will discuss it and have opportunities to write about it during Orientation. Northwestern University students, faculty and staff are also reading this book and there will be opportunities throughout the year to engage it in a variety of venues. Questions?
