Hamilton Mill hosts a Pink Party and Ladies VolleyFest
This year was Hamilton Mills sixth year to host The Sport of Giving, VolleyFest. We began with the generous support of Pickron Orthodontics and because of their continued backing have been able to exceed our goals through the years. We kicked off 2011 with a Pink Party at Dos Copas Restaurant. The owner, Paul Dalrymple, provided us with a live band, lots of "Pink Drink" and food specials and even matched our ticket sales with a donation.We also had two fun filled days of tennis and topped it off with a golf outing.The generous support of local restaurants and vendors have made our event a great success.We also have many wonderful volunteers who provide us with their specialties from fund raising to flower arranging! Hamilton Mill is a wonderful community that always comes together for a great cause. We participate each year in this because all of us have been touched by breast cancer and are inspired by our friends and family to find the cure in our lifetime, educate and support those that are fighting it, and provide local breast health centers that will make all of us in our busy schedules to take time to take care of ourselves!
