Conversion Error Codes

If a document cannot be converted it will be marked as 'failed' and labeled with an error code detailing the problem.

List of error codes

Code Description
100 Maximum number of conversion attempts reached
200 Input document is malformed
201 Input document contains an invalid number of pages
202 Input document is encrypted
204 Input document is too complex
205 General conversion error
207 Download of file failed
209 Download of file failed, file is too large
210 Unrecognized file format
211 File format not supported. Must be one of the following types:

.pdf
.ppt
.doc
.odt
.wpd
.sxw
.rtf
.odp
.sxi
212 Download of file failed, not found
999 Unknown error
