CAREER NOTES Bethany fit very well into the Hardrocker scheme as a freshman and after a year at the college level returns with more experience and should be a force to deal with in the paint this season. While playing in high school, Bethany was a four-time Northeast Conference team selection and three-time Wyoming All Star Team member and the 2006 NEC Player of the Year. PERSONAL Bethany is the daughter of Brad Holyoak and Joanie Harwood. A big highlight for her last season was when she made the winning shot in a home game against Minot State. Bethany loves reality TV shows and her favorite food is Mexican. The athlete she admires most is WNBA star Becky Hammon. Bethany loves basketball because it gives her a chance to accomplish goals as a team and she loves everything about the game.

CAREER NOTES Jerika is a true all around athlete, receiving various honors in not only basketball, but also volleyball, softball and track and field. During her high school basketball career she was a four-year varsity letter winner, four-time first team all-conference, four-year all region team, an MVP, three-time all state and all state academic team to name just a few. PERSONAL Jerika is the daughter of Jim and Lisa Ihnen. Jerika describes herself as outgoing, funny and athletic. She brings a positive and fun attitude to the Lady ‘Rockers along with aggressive post play and a great work ethic. Jerika was named Miss SD Pre-Teen runner-up in 2003 and she was also a cheerleader in seventh grade. Her advice to young people is to not label yourself. You don’t have to be a “dumb jock” or a “band geek” and you don’t have to hang out with only that group of people.
