REFUNDS: Refunds will be given to students who have cancelled their enrolment no later than two weeks before the start of the course. We will deduct 10% of the full tuition fee (with a minimum charge of £15) from all refunds to cover administrative costs. If a class does not run due to unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions) refunds will not be given, but the college will seek to offer other alternatives. ADDITIONAL LEARNING SUPPORT: If you feel that you require any additional support whilst you are at College, please contact us before you enrol so that we can discuss your requirements. Call Eastbourne 01323 637258 or Lewes 01273 402443.

LEARNING CENTRES: Our Learning Centres are available for all students to use. In addition to a wide-range of learning and study materials, you can use the networked computers to access the Internet, use the self-service photocopiers and language resources, or take advantage of the quiet study areas. If you would like to see a copy of the Policy, please ask at Reception. If you have stated you require additional support we will contact you and make every reasonable effort to address your needs. In the event that the college is unable to provide appropriate support, you will be offered an alternative course or a full refund.

Important Note Enrolments are accepted on the assumption that students intend to pursue the whole course. The College may need to vary this provision of courses and conditions. If the minimum number of students do not enrol for a course, the College reserves the right to cancel the course, reduce the duration or suggest that students pay a supplement in order to enable the course to run. All students must complete an enrolment form BEFORE commencing their course • If you are entitled to the reduced fee, wish to make staged payments, or want to pay in cash you MUST enrol in person. DISCLAIMER: The information in this brochure is correct at the time of publication, but it does not form any part of a contract between Sussex Downs College and the learner. Fees shown are a guide only and are subject to changes made by both the Skills Funding Agency and the Government.
