Chicken Kebabs with Yogurt Sauce!

Everyone loves chicken and what better to make than these chicken kebabs with a cooling yogurt sauce for those warm days. Makes 4. Ingredients: 300ml/10fl oz Greek-style yogurt. 2 garlic cloves, crushed. Juice if 1/2 lemon. 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs such as oregano, dill, tarragon or parsley. 4 large skinned, boned chicken breasts. Oil, for oiling. 8 firm stems of fresh rosemary (optional). Salt and pepper.
