江子翠長江路菜圃――「港仔嘴ㄟ」蔬菜的家 文攝｜楊宜靜

知道嗎，一種被稱作「港仔嘴ㄟ」的蔬菜，在萬華、板橋附近
除了農友阿伯父親過去發現的「要輪作不同的蔬菜，土才不會變
的菜市場（像是府中站附近的湳仔市場、還有萬華的環南市場
酸」、 「依照季節種植不同的蔬菜」以外，挑選優良的品種種植、在
）已經風行了好一陣子！這些「港仔嘴ㄟ」的蔬菜，主要因為北部氣
田邊保留至少一株優良品種的植株預備隔年繼續種…，這些都是農友
候較南部要冷，因此菜葉較嫩，且較少病蟲害。「港仔嘴ㄟ」的蔬菜
阿伯自己慢慢從耕種的經驗中摸索出來的。為了達到輪作，也為了讓
不只一種――夏天有番薯葉（地瓜葉）跟冬瓜，冬天則主要是格蘭菜
整年的收入無虞，所以農友阿伯把他的田地分成三區，依照順序進行
（芥藍菜），另外也零星生產空心菜、蔥、九層塔。它們全都長在大
不同的種植階段。例如，假如你是在九月來拜訪這塊田，你大概會看
漢橋靠板橋這一側的河堤附近，如果你從台北市來，下了華江橋後轉
到這樣的景象：第一區的格蘭菜幼苗在努力長大，第三區的地瓜葉繼
進長江路，看到「新北大橋」的綠底白字指標後右轉，你就會遇到一
續蔓長，而農友阿伯正在第二區的田裡除著屬於夏蔬的地瓜葉、準備
大田野囉。
接下來灑種籽換種冬蔬－－格蘭菜。
在這大片田地中，位於長江路二段 311 巷接近河堤那端、兩側的
但是大概已經沒有下一個九月的田野風光了。靠近河堤的這一大片
四分（ 約 1000 坪左右，一坪大約等於一張雙人床的大小）田地，所
田地，包括農友阿伯的這塊四分地，都已經被劃入板橋的都市計畫
種的格蘭菜和地瓜葉，是照管這片田地的農友阿伯經過好幾年的精挑
中，並且已經完成土地徵收，預計興建住宅以及都市公園。這次灑
細選和育種，找出最好吃的品種後，一直種植至今的。這塊地是世居
種，或許是農友阿伯這輩子最後一次種格蘭菜，我在田邊遇見他
板橋的農友阿伯的祖先留下來的，他的家族幾代以來都依賴這附近田
時，他正在除去田裡最後一株地瓜葉。 「不用留了。」他說。未來
地的收成維生，而他自己則是在十年前失業後，重新踏入這塊「祖

會憶起這裡以前曾經是一大片田地，而「港仔嘴ㄟ菜」細嫩的口感恐 怕也早已不復記憶。

Libra - London It is depressing to be unemployed, but you get rid of it by going to the unemployment office to ask, where is something to do. Accept this information and you will get some meaning to your boring everyday life.

The surrounding are changing all the time. Houses get demolished and new ones get built. These are public conclusions. If the new way is not satisfying, you can always complain, if your idea is good enough.
General knowledge is an excellent thing to study. Then you know, what is better somewhere else than where you live.
When you have saved enough money, it is refreshing to travel to the other side of the world. Preferably take all your family with you and do enjoy the pleasures of the new experiences.
